3. The booking will be non-refundable if the traveller cancels the booking less than 48 hours of commencing the service.

Contacting host before any cancellation is highly advisable. The host might be able to help you out in changing the time of service if it's available.

There are bookings which require bus partner to accept first then it can be counted as confirmed booking in such cases;

1. The full refund will be processed if the booking has not been accepted by bus partners yet.
2. Once bus partner has accepted the booking that means service has been purchased already hence it cannot be refunded.
